What are the shipping cost?
We apply the following shipping costs per package, per country:

Netherlands
Standard delivery with Track and Trace: €5.95.
Free shipping for orders over €100.

Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain
Standard delivery within the EU with Track and Trace: €10.00

What is the delivery time for my order?
We ship all packages within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive the Track & Trace via email. All packages are shipped by PostNL.

Can I track my package?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive the Track & Trace via email from PostNL.

I received a shipping confirmation, but there are no updates on the tracking. Is this normal?
It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to show updates.

Are there any import costs I should be aware of?
Please note that for items shipped internationally, import costs and possible duties or taxes may be imposed by the destination country. If you are unsure whether such costs will apply to your order, please contact us before completing your order. We are happy to assist you with this.

My package was damaged when I received it.
Take photos of the package, check if anything is missing, and contact us via the complaints form. We will assist you further.

Note: You are required to report damages within 48 hours.

What happens if I refuse the package or do not pick it up within the specified time?
If you refuse your package or do not pick it up within the specified time, it will be automatically returned to us.

I made a mistake in the shipping address.
It happens! If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve this issue for you. Please note that once your order is processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes.
