I just placed an order on your website, how do I know if it went through?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided when placing the order. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder. If you haven't received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

I am interested in a product that is shown as out of stock. How do I know when or if it will be back in stock?
Click on the 'Notify Me' button next to the product and enter your email address. We will send you an email when the product is back in stock. If the icon is not displayed, the product is sold out and will not be restocked.

How do I determine the correct clothing size?
At Gray Courts, we find determining the right clothing size very important. For each product, under the 'fit' section, the size worn by the model and the fitting are described.

You can pay with iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, Bancontact and PayPal.

Where can I enter my discount code?
At checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order that has already been placed. If something went wrong, we ask that you create a return and place a new order.
