Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).

How does returning items work?
Return items according to the following steps:

1. Print the return form and fill it out completely.
2. Return the items in the original packaging (with the original tags and labels attached). Include the return form!
3. Seal the package and drop it off at a parcel point. For a PostNL point near you, check: www.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer.

You can also drop off your return at the Gray Courts address in Venlo. This is free. Please contact us for this.

1. Preferably: email us the Track and Trace code.
2. If we have received your return in good order and according to the conditions below, you will receive your money back within 7 business days.
   

Please note the following conditions when returning:

• Return the items only in the original packaging with the original tags and labels attached.
• We only accept items that are unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
• The responsibility and costs for the return are borne by the sender, not by Gray Courts.
  

To which account will the amount of my return be refunded?
We will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

What can I do if I received a damaged item or have a complaint?
If there is damage or a complaint upon receipt, please let us know within 48 hours by sending us a photo of the damaged item or complaint via email: info@graycourts.com.
